What fees are associated with my reservation?

Please refer to your hotel confirmation email for a detailed breakdown of the fees associated with your reservation. Rio Las Vegas charges a mandatory $50 + tax Resort Fee per night. Additional details regarding applicable fees can be found in your confirmation email.

Where is my deposit refund?

Incidental deposits are authorized at the time of check-in and released upon checkout. For credit or debit cards, the release typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution. International credit or debit cards may take up to 30 days to reflect the release, subject to your bank’s processing timelines.

What is the status of my reservation?

To check the status of your reservation, please contact the source through which the booking was made. If your reservation was made through a third-party provider, you will need to reach out to that provider directly for assistance. For reservations booked directly through the Rio Las Vegas website, you can view and manage your reservation online by entering your last name and confirmation number in the designated fields.
