Rio Celebrates Mother’s Day with Brunch and Dinner Menus

LAS VEGAS (May 6, 2024) – Rio Hotel & Casino is celebrating Mother’s Day with a luxurious selection of crave worthy specialty brunch and dinner menus on Sunday, May 12. From bottomless brunch options to one-of-a-kind steak dinners with the best views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip, the resort is setting the stage for an unforgettable gourmet experience amongst friends and family.

 

VooDoo Steak
Sitting at the top of the resort, VooDoo Steak offers guests the classic steakhouse experience overlooking the entirety of the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Exclusively available on Mother’s Day, VooDoo Steak will be offering a $105 three-course prix fixe menu featuring:

  • Choice of Bone Marrow or Oysters Rockefeller
  • Choice of Voodoo Menage a Trois featuring a petit filet, 6 oz lobster and tiger prawns or Sea Bass served with gochujang smear, eggplant and marinated cucumber
  • Raspberry and White Chocolate Crème Brulée made with Madagascar vanilla bean custard and caramelized sugar crust

For an additional $45 per person, guests can pair their meal with an expertly curated selection of wines that highlight each dish.

 

Wine Cellar Tasting Room
One of the resort’s gems, the Wine Cellar will be hosting two distinct tasting specials featuring a fine selection of cheeses, cured meats and small plates paired with a hand-picked selection of wines and champagnes from around the world.

  • Mom’s Wine Affair ($59) features four wines:
    • Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut
    • CakeBread Chardonnay
    • Caymus Carbernet Sauvignon
    • Chateau La Fleur D’or Sauternes
  • Champagne Soiree ($69)

    • Taittinger Brut La Francaise
    • Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Yellow Label Brut Rose

 

El Burro Borracho
Celebrity chef and TV host Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho is offering an exclusive prix fixe Mother’s Day menu, offering guests flavorful twists on Mexican flavors. Available for $55 per person, the three-course menu includes:

  • Mango and Jicama Salad made with fresh mango, jicama slices, mixed greens, radish and citrus vinaigrette
  • Choice of Shrimp Al Ajillo, pan fried shrimp with garlic, shallots, white wine, lime, cilantro and guajillo salsa or Steak Ranchero made with grilled skirt steak, grilled onions, jalapenos and topped with tomatillo sauce, pico de gallo and avocado
  • White Chocolate Flan topped with creamy caramel, Chantilly cream and fresh berries

 

Hash House A Go Go
A beloved brunch favorite, Hash House A Go Go will be offering an endless beverage options during brunch. Perfect for a large family get together, the menu features a unique twist on brunch classics and bottomless beverage options starting at just $20 per person for unlimited bloody Mary’s or bottomless mimosas.
