Official Rules
- Offer matches are not guaranteed. Partial matches may be offered at management’s discretion.
- Participants must be a Rio Rewards Member and at least 21 years of age with a valid and current government issued identification.
- To participate in Match The Offer, the Participant must have a validated Rio Rewards account which includes name, birthday, address, phone number and email address which may be updated at the time of submission to participate. Online enrollments are acceptable.
- Match The Offer will be considered from any Las Vegas strip, strip adjacent, downtown or other Las Vegas casinos with hotel rooms. Offers from online games such as myvegas or Tier Benefits from other casinos will not be honored. Rio Las Vegas reserves all rights to modify the properties which are applicable.
- When submitting the request, the Participant must send a photo of their current mail or email offer to MatchTheOffer@riolasvegas.com along with the future dates they are requesting to stay. If offers cannot be clearly read, management reserves the right to request more information from the Participant. Photos of offers from computer screens and forwarding offers via email are also acceptable. A current and/or prior year win loss statement from the company extending the offer may also be required and is recommended. All matching offers are at the sole discretion of Rio Las Vegas.
- A valid Match The Offer must include the following information on the offer itself or within the disclaimer of that offer:
a. Valid dates
b. Participants first and last name
c. Participants player’s club number
d. The casino’s name
e. Clearly stated complimentary offerings
- Categories that may be considered for matching include: complimentary room nights, food & beverage credit and free slot play. Match The Offer will not consider any type of promotional chips or free table play or event tickets. Event offers may be considered for comparable events as determined by Rio Las Vegas.
- Complimentary room nights may/may not include resort fees. A credit card will be required upon booking. When checking in your credit card will be authorized for $50 per night for incidentals (for standard rooms) and will be released upon checkout. Any promotional food & beverage credit may be used at any of the Rio Las Vegas venues where room charges are accepted. Free slot play will be valid for 7 days and must be redeemed at the Rio Rewards desk during normal business hours. Initial slot play matches may be capped at a maximum of $1,000. A minimum amount of casino play may be required before the total free slot play component is awarded in its entirety.
- Participants are responsible for all gratuities, taxes and any other incidentals.
- Blackout date may apply. One redemption per household
- Participant will receive a response within 7 business days from the Match The Offer email address on the specifics that will be matched.
- Tampering or altering offers is prohibited and could result in exclusion from all future offers from Rio Las Vegas.
- Additional complimentaries outside of the offer being matched will be based on casino play and reviewed at the end of the Participant’s stay. Please visit the Rio Rewards desk or a designated Casino Host for evaluation prior to checking out.
- Any Match The Offer extended to Participants may be based on individual factors and may not be used as precedent.
- Rio Las Vegas reserves all rights regarding all Match The Offer similar and/or comparable offers may be used by Rio Las Vegas.
- By participating in Match The Offer all Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Promotion Rules, the Terms and Conditions of Rio Rewards and Terms of Use found at www.riolasvegas.com/terms-of-use.
- All actions of Rio Las Vegas including but not limited to partial match offers, the decline of match offers and requesting additional information are within the sole and absolute discretion of Rio Las Vegas.
The decisions of Rio Las Vegas regarding all aspects of this promotion are final and binding, subject to NRS 463.362.
